If you have a young family, you'll want to provide a basketball system that will grow with them. Adjustable height systems allow young players to develop skills and experience shooting success not possible on official fixed height goal systems. Most adjustable systems adjust from official 10' down to 7.5'. Bison QwikChange™, ZipCrank™, Rapid Adjust™, Power Adjust™, and Ultimate™ series systems offer pole sizes from 4" to 6" square and backboards from 48" wide to official 72" wide.
If your home court play is expected to be exclusively at the official 10' height, a fixed height system provides competition-like playability and rigidity not possible on adjustable height systems. Ultimate™, Ultimate Jr. ™, and Power Pole™ systems are available with 4", 5" or 6" square poles with Safe Play Areas under the basket as deep as 60".
